Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Klarna, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the order date and are shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, it may take between 7-14 days to receive your order.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of it being shipped, you are entitled to a full refund.
Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may have to pay customs duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, customs duties and related fees may be charged when your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs authority in your country. What do I do if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us if you have received goods that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any related references when receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the short trip
and the bank if you have questions about when the refund will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a refund for your return yet, here's what you can do: Contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to post to your account.
